Refund Policy for Personalized Items

At Anastasi Gifts, we take pride in crafting personalized gift frames and prints made just for you. Please review our refund policy to understand the conditions for modifications, cancellations, and refunds.

Approval Process

  • Before production, a digital mock-up is sent for your approval. Once approved, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

Order Modifications/Cancellations

  • Modifications or cancellations are accepted within 24-48 hours of placing the order. After that, changes may not be possible as production may have started.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins, except in the case of defects.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • If your item arrives defective or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it at anastasigifts@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund in such cases.
  • Please note: Shipping damages are not covered unless there is a defect in the product. All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during delivery.

Personalization Errors

  • We will replace items with errors made on our part. If the error is due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Quality Assurance

  • Every item undergoes inspection to ensure it meets our high-quality standards and your specifications.
