Choose your gang-sheet size

• Mini sheet – 330 × 90 mm: suitable for a small batch of logos or a test order.
• Half sheet – 330 × 210 mm: ideal for regular small-business branding and merchandise orders.
• Full sheet – 330 × 420 mm: best value for larger quantities, repeated logos or several designs.

How to order

1. Select your preferred sheet size and quantity.
2. Upload your logo or finished artwork.
3. Tell us the required finished size of each logo and whether you want one repeated design or mixed designs.
4. We will arrange the artwork efficiently on the selected sheet and prepare a digital layout for approval before printing.

Artwork guidance

• PNG, PDF or SVG files accepted
• Transparent background recommended
• 300 DPI or vector artwork gives the clearest result
• State the exact required width or height of each design
• Avoid extremely fine lines and very small text
• Upload the highest-quality original file available

How to apply

1. Clean and fully dry the surface.
2. Peel the printed transfer away from its backing.
3. Position it carefully, the transfer cannot be repositioned after contact.
4. Rub firmly across the entire design.
5. Slowly peel away the clear carrier film, leaving the printed design in place.

Surface and care guidance

UV DTF transfers work best on clean, dry and smooth hard surfaces including glass, acrylic, ceramic, coated metal, plastic and sealed wood. They are not intended for fabric, soft materials, silicone, heavily textured surfaces or surfaces with oil, dust or moisture. For cups and tumblers, gentle hand washing is recommended.
